• If a service is canceled by the client, the cancellation policy in the service agreement will apply.

• Clients are advised to obtain appropriate insurance for travel and event-related risks.
• Jake Journey is not liable for any losses resulting from delays, cancellations, or failures caused by external factors, including weather, government restrictions, or third-party actions.

Jake Journey is committed to protecting the confidentiality of your personal and business information. We will not disclose any confidential details to third parties without your consent, unless required by law.

8. Intellectual Property
